Senior associate joins firm's commercial property team
Bilyana Munic has joined Birketts’ growing Housebuilder Sector Group, within their Commercial Property Team, as a Senior Associate based in Chelmsford.
 
Bilyana has more than 15 years’ experience in residential development, spending her career working across firms in London and Essex, advising  a wide range of housebuilder and affordable housing clients. Her matters will include conditional and unconditional sale and purchase agreements, options and promotion agreements, development finance, SDLT and affordable housing sales.
  
Speaking after her appointment, Bilyana said: 'I’m delighted to join Birketts—the team is full of experienced lawyers who have a detailed understanding of their fields. I am sure their insights will be a huge asset as I start working with clients in the sector. Many thanks to Steven and his team for making me feel so welcome.'
