Firm appoints corporate senior associate
Birketts has recently announced the appointment of Rachel Astill as a senior associate in its corporate team.
Prior to joining Birketts, Rachel trained at a Magic Circle firm in London and also worked as senior counsel at the European headquarters of a NYSE listed manufacturing company based in Brussels.
Fluent in French, Rachel has acted for a range of international clients and specialises in a variety of commercial matters including product supply arrangements and transport, warehousing and logistics functions and public company work. In her most recent role Rachel advised managers and business owners on a range of legal matters including mergers and acquisitions, group restructurings and joint ventures. She also specialises in commercial contracts and shareholder and partnership agreements.
