Media and entertainment boutique Bray & Krais Solicitors has announced the launch of its dispute resolution practice, as well as the hire of consultant Andrew Forbes and partner Simon Goodbody.
Bray & Krais specialises in music, sports and entertainment law with a focus on non-contentious music matters, advising high-profile artists on international branded live events. The arrivals of Simon and Andrew now enables the firm to offer specialist dispute resolution expertise, including contracts, intellectual property, brand protection and reputation management. Their appointments bring the number of Bray & Krais partners to five.
Andrew (left) has 30 years of expertise in litigation across a wide range of media and entertainment related disputes. Simon (right), previously a senior associate at media and entertainment firm Lee & Thomson, has over ten years of experience in music industry disputes, acting for artists, record companies, music publishers and industry bodies.
