International firm Brown Rudnick LLP has announced a double partner appointment in its European finance and special situations practice group.
James Cole (pictured) brings extensive experience advising on capital markets matters. He previously served as corporate partner with Paul Hastings LLP, and was also the former head of the corporate and capital markets team in the London office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.
Iden Asl joins the firm as partner after almost eight years with Mandel, Katz & Brosnan LLP. He specialises in secondary loan trading markets, and advises banks, funds and other financial institutions on the purchase and sale of distressed assets.
