Global firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (BCLP) has announced the appointment of Hannah Kozlova Lindsay as its chief people officer.
Based in the London office, Hannah joined the firm in 2015 after more than eight years with Slaughter and May, serving as its global head of learning and development. She began her career as a banking lawyer before moving to focus on professional development. She will take up her new role of chief people officer on 1 September.
BCLP co-chair Lisa Mayhew said: ‘We recognise the importance of the people agenda as we grow and evolve our business and the key role our human resources team will play in helping us achieve our strategic objectives. This is why it has been a priority for us to identify the right person to lead the HR team.’
