Corporate & capital markets partner joins in London

Global firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (BCLP) has welcomed partner Kurt Ma to its corporate team in the London office. 

Kurt has spent the last decade with Slaughter and May. He has extensive experience in cross-border M&A and capital markets transactions, and advises on joint ventures, asset sales and restructuring, as well as general corporate matters. His clients include financial institutions, governments, private equity funds and listed companies.

Deputy departmental managing partner Simon Beddow said: ‘We are delighted to welcome Kurt to the team. His experience and entrepreneurial spirit is an excellent fit. We are keen to continue to build our M&A offering in the UK, and Kurt’s appointment is a demonstration of our dedication to doing so.’
