International firm DAC Beachcroft has announced the promotion of 19 of its members worldwide to partner position, as well as the addition of seven new legal directors.

17 of the partner promotions have taken place in its UK and Ireland offices. In London, Sarah Crowther, Olu Dansu, Andrew Sheppard and Toby Vallance have become partners; in Birmingham, Sophie Lawless and Kevan Smith; in Bristol, Stan Campbell, Sara Eaton and Louise Wiltshire; Niamh McKeever in the Dublin office; Jeremy Bennett, Shruti Brockett, Charlotte Le Maire and Paul McGough in Leeds; Morgan Nash in Manchester; and in the Newcastle office, Emma Bowens and Dawn McIntosh.

The firm has also appointed two partners in its overseas offices: Pilar Rodríguez in Madrid, and Salvador Enrique Urbano Tejeda in Mexico City. In addition, seven lawyers have received promotions to the position of legal director: Ioan Davies in Leeds; Ceri Fuller and Dean Parrett in London; Sarah George and Rachel Gibson in Newcastle; Aidan Healy in Dublin; and Ana Rivera in Madrid. 31 new senior associates and six associates have also been appointed.

David Pollitt, DAC Beachcroft’s managing partner, said: ‘I am pleased to confirm these well-deserved promotions across our UK and international offices. We take great pride in fostering an environment where our colleagues can succeed and reach their full potential—in fact, three of our new partners joined the firm as trainees.

‘Each of these new partners exemplifies who we are as a firm and has demonstrated time and time again the excellent legal skills, cutting-edge delivery expertise, and determination we expect and, indeed, promise our clients.’
