Daniel Varney—Clarke Willmott LLP

New partner for corporate department

Daniel Varney has been appointed as partner to the corporate department of the Manchester office of Clarke Willmott LLP.

Daniel has 12 years of experience advising on the full range of corporate matters, including domestic and international mergers & acquisitions, junior public market transactions, VC and private equity investments, group reorganisations and joint ventures, including within the public sector.

His work is widely recognised in the north west corporate finance community and his clients range from SMEs and owner managed businesses through to multinational corporations, listed companies and investment funds.
