Dhana Doobay—Charles Russell LLP

New senior counsel for TMT practice

Charles Russell LLP has appointed Dhana Doobay as senior counsel in the technology, media and telecommunications practice.

Dhana brings a wealth of experience in the telecoms space, advising on high profile transactions and regulatory affairs. In addition to her telecoms experience, she will engage with the wider practice team advising media and technology clients.

Dhana's appointment underlines the firm’s commitment to growing its international offering. She will provide additional support for Charles Russell’s expanding Middle East operations, including its Bahrain and newly opened Qatar office, which have seen a significant influx of clients from within the telecommunications industry.

Dhana joins Charles Russell having previously held senior positions in the telecommunications teams at Ashurst and Clifford Chance.
