Firm expands with four appointments

North east firm EMG Solicitors has announced appointments across its conveyancing, litigation and family law teams.

Matthew Sigsworth (right) has joined the firm from Ramsdens in York, and specialises in specialises in litigation, general disputes and employment issues. He said: ‘I am very impressed by the rate at which the business is growing and how successful it is. It is also a place where there are lots of opportunities to develop my own career.’

The conveyancing team has welcomed Saira Farook (second left), who said: ‘I joined EMG because of the importance put on the relationship between directors and other staff. Our opinions and input are valued and our morale and happiness at work are considered important.’

Associate solicitor Gemma Holmes (left) has also come on board, and focuses her practice on family law and matrimonial cases, including arrangements for children and pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements. She commented: ‘At EMG there is a constant buzz in the office and it’s bursting at the seams with enthusiastic, creative and hard working people at every level.’

In the firm’s recently opened Newcastle office, associate solicitor and residential conveyancing specialist Francesca Angelucci (second right) has also joined the team.

Managing director Emma Gaudern said: ‘EMG is going is from strength to strength and bringing in Matthew, Saira, Gemma and Francesca as part of our team is good news for everyone.’
