Sections 1-7 of this Act, expected to come into force in April 2009, will repeal ss 29-33 of the Employment Act 2002
Sections 1–7 of this Act, expected to come into force in April 2009, will repeal ss 29–33 of the Employment Act 2002 (statutory dispute resolution procedures) and s 98A of the Employment Rights Act 1996 (procedural fairness) and insert in their place a s 207A into the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 (effect of non-compliance with statutory codes of practice).
