Corporate specialist joins in London
Faegre Baker Daniels has bolstered the London office with the arrival of associate Sergey Kvitkin.
Sergey joins the firm from Crowell & Moring. He specialises in corporate matters, advising on cross-border M&A deals, joint ventures, private equity investments, insurance regulation, software licensing, and general corporate and commercial matters. He counsels clients from a wide variety of industries, including technology, media, telecommunications, oil and gas, and financial services.
