FisherBroyles LLP has welcomed Jack Tsang to its London office as a partner.
Jack has joined the firm from King & Wood Mallesons, and brings with him substantial experience in cross-border investment and M&A transactions, venture capital and capital markets deals between Asia, Europe, and the US. He focuses in particular on the technology and innovation sector. Jack is dual qualified in English and Hong Kong law, and speaks Mandarin and Cantonese.
