Fletchers Group—Miriam Hall

Business appoints managing director of operational excellence

Fletchers Group has appointed Miriam Hall as managing director of operational excellence, joining its executive committee as the business continues to scale and invest in performance and service delivery. The role is central to the firm’s growth strategy, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency and client outcomes.

Hall joins from Chartwell, where she spent 12 years, most recently as a partner, leading transformation programmes across multiple sectors. She brings significant experience in performance improvement and operational strategy, having delivered programmes generating more than £300m in value, as well as supporting private equity-backed businesses on operational due diligence and M&A activity. She has also worked closely with Fletchers over the past four years on key strategic initiatives.

In her new role, she will lead a specialist function focused on improving delivery across legal services, onboarding and contact centre operations, alongside overseeing business intelligence and learning and development. Her remit includes driving better use of data, building internal capability and supporting long-term growth.

CEO Peter Haden said: ‘I’m delighted to welcome Miriam… she has already played an important role in strengthening our operational performance,’ adding that the appointment reflects ‘the critical role she will play as we continue to scale the business’. Hall said: ‘I’m excited to be joining Fletchers… I’m looking forward to working with colleagues… to continue to improve how we deliver for our clients as we scale.’
