Halma plc, the FTSE 100 global group of life-saving technology companies, has appointed Funmi Adegoke as its group General Counsel.
Funmi will have global responsibility for the group’s legal and compliance affairs, as well as overseeing the company secretariat function. She will become a member of Halma’s executive board.
Funmi has over 15 years of in-house experience at large multinationals, including in a number of senior legal and commercial roles. She is experienced at legal, regulatory and compliance matters. Most recently, she was managing counsel for BP’s downstream commercial development and transformation business.
