HJA recruits a new dispute resolution partner

Hodge Jones & Allen (HJA) has expanded its dispute resolution practice with the addition of Claire Kitchen as partner.

Claire joins HJA from fellow London firm Fletcher Day, and brings a wealth of experience in handling a range of contentious cases, including shareholder disputes, insolvency litigation and complex claims on behalf of high-profile individuals. Her arrival marks a trend of expansion within HJA, which also saw the lateral hiring of criminal defence partner Atiyah Malik in August of this year.

The firm’s dispute resolution head, Chun Wong, says, ‘We are excited for Claire to come on board and help to build on our growing client list in dispute resolution. Her additional experience and skills will allow us to expand our team’s reach significantly.’

Claire herself adds, ‘I am delighted to be joining the team at Hodge Jones & Allen. I have for some time been drawn to the strong work and reputation of the firm and am looking forward to becoming a member of an experienced team and to support their ethos of "fighting for what’s right.’’
