Global firm Hogan Lovells has announced the latest appointments to its dispute resolution leadership team.

In London, partner Roberta Downey (pictured) will take on the role of head of the firm’s construction and engineering sub-practice. Frankfurt partner Kerstin Neighbour has been appointed as head of employment and labour, with New York’s Michael E DeLarco leading this practice for the Americas. The commercial litigation practice in the Americas will be led by E Desmond Hogan in Washington, D.C., with LA-based Stephanie Yonekura as head of investigations, white collar and fraud. New York partner Dennis Tracey will take on the newly created role of head of operations and finance.

Michael Davison, Hogan Lovell’s global head of litigation, arbitration and employment, commented: ‘Our market-leading practice is a $600 million business that operates in over 45 offices, employing over 900 lawyers worldwide. It operates at the cutting edge on some of the most complex and ground breaking disputes in the world and our work often makes a significant difference to the success and failure of our clients’ businesses. Nurturing and promoting the excellent talent that we have within the business is central to our strategy. I am confident that the new practice area leaders will lead the practice to even greater success.’
