Ince—Julian Clark

Shipping expert appointed senior partner 

Global firm Ince has announced the appointment of Julian Clark, the former head of global shipping at Hill Dickinson, as its senior partner.

With more than 30 years of experience in the shipping industry, Julian joins Ince after nearly three years with Hill Dickinson. He offers extensive expertise in marine, trade and energy dispute resolution, as well as piracy, e-commerce, cybercrime, security and terrorism issues in the shipping sector. He is a former chairman of the Maritime London Innovation and Technical Committee, and the Cybercrime Working Group of the Comité Maritime International.

Adrian Biles, chief executive of the Ince Group, said: ‘At Ince we are determined to assemble the best global shipping team in the market, with Julian being a significant addition to what is already an industry leading team.

‘Julian is a seasoned and respected lawyer, whose influence and standing in the shipping and legal industry is second to none.
