Law firm welcomes senior associate to aviation team

Rebecca Smith has recently joined Stewarts from Irwin Mitchell, where she had a leading role in running UK and international aviation matters in London.

Rebecca has over 30 years’ experience of claimant catastrophic injury and fatal accident cases. She has worked on a number of the most high-profile air accidents in recent years including Germanwings, Shoreham and Ethiopia Airlines ET302. She has experience in running group actions in other jurisdictions, Montreal Convention claims and applicable law and jurisdictional issues.

The legal directory Chambers UK describes Rebecca as 'frequently handling high-profile matters for those affected by major air accidents'.
