Digital media and technology law firm Kemp Little LLP has bolstered the IP and tech disputes team with the arrival of partner Joanna Conway.
Joanna comes on board after almost 14 years with Norton Rose Fulbright. She specialises in IP, contractual disputes with an IP, technology or scientific focus, and brand and reputation management including defamation, advertising and privacy.
Joanna commented: ‘It gives me great pleasure to join a firm with such a client-centred focus and stand-out reputation in the technology space. I look forward to the coming years and the opportunity to contribute to the outstanding work of the firm.’
Kemp Little’s head of IP and tech disputes, Paul Garland, added: ‘We are delighted to welcome Joanna to the team. It was clear immediately that her legal skills and client relationship style would complement the firm’s dedication to offer business-focused IP and strategic advice to clients. The IP & Tech Disputes team has been—and continues—to expand rapidly. Joanna’s appointment further cements our offering.’
