Global firm Kennedys has launched a specialised international arbitration and commercial litigation team in London.
The team will be headed by partner Ben Aram (pictured), an international disputes lawyer who also leads the firm’s Israel desk. He will work alongside insurance arbitration partner Katherine Proctor in London, and Manchester-based litigation partners Alison Loveday and Reuben Berg, supported by senior associates Danny Steel and Alexander Scard, and solicitor Rhys Tebbett. The new London team adds to the firm’s existing UK commercial disputes offering in its Manchester office.
Ben commented: ‘Over the past year, we have seen significant growth in the number of instructions from corporates, family offices and high net-worth individuals requiring our international disputes capabilities in highly complex matters. Kennedys is already recognised by its core insurer client base as a global market leader for disputes and my plan is to build a team that lives up to that reputation across all commercial sectors.’
