Kevin Cordina & Gordon Geiser—Olswang

Double partner appointment

Olswang has appointed Kevin Cordina and Gordon Geiser to the partnership. Their appointments as partners in the London and Berlin offices will take effect on 1 May 2014.

These promotions support Olswang's sustained focus on the TMT sector and international growth, bringing the number of partners to 121 across eight offices in Europe and Asia. With Kevin, a patent attorney who specialises in electronics, Olswang further strengthens its integrated intellectual property offering for clients in the technology and telecoms sectors. Gordon, a dual qualified R&I expert in Berlin, helps the firm to extend its cross-border capability and supports the recently launched Olswang Restructuring Solutions, a partnership to provide counsel to companies, managers, shareholders and creditors during crises and near-critical situations in Germany.

David Stewart, Olswang’s chief executive officer, comments: “Kevin and Gordon are both great additions to our partnership. Their expertise, energy and the hard work they’ve put in to contribute to Olswang’s success in our sectors and geographies drove an exceptionally strong case for their promotion. I look forward to seeing them grow their practices further, and contributing to making Olswang stand out in a crowded marketplace through their commitment to our values of innovation, collaboration and responsibility.”
