Double hire for corporate department

Keystone Law has added to its capital markets practice with the recruitment of two corporate lawyers, Florian Albert and Stuart Robertson.

Stuart (pictured) joins the firm from Adams & Remer, where he was a former partner. He is highly experienced in the corporate field, with expertise spanning M&A deals, IPOs, joint ventures, company restructurings and equity and debt fundraisings. Stuart commented: ‘I am very pleased to have joined Keystone at this exciting time following its own IPO. Keystone stood out to me as a unique firm in terms of its progressiveness, talent, vision and personality. I am looking forward to helping to build upon its success alongside such an impressive array of specialists.’

Florian joins after six and a half years with Jones Day as an associate in the corporate department, and has also previously worked for Goldman Sachs, Airbus and Citigroup. He has experience advising on a wide range of corporate and capital markets matters, including IPOs and secondary fundraisings, joint ventures and M&As. Florian said: ‘Keystone provides a cutting edge legal service model for both practitioners and clients, and I look forward to working with my new colleagues and helping to advance Keystone's corporate and capital market offerings.’

James Knight, Keystone’s CEO and founder, commented: ‘Stuart and Florian are first-rate practitioners with unparalleled corporate transactional and capital markets experience that aligns perfectly with our clients’ needs whilst complementing the skillset of our existing team.  They are both outstanding additions’.
