Law firm Kingsley Napley LLP is pleased to announce that Craig Baylis has joined its Regulatory team as a Partner.
Craig is a leading practitioner in the hospitality and licensing field and is an experienced advocate in court and tribunal matters involving licensing for alcohol premises and gambling licensing. He also practices in health & safety and food safety matters advising clients on compliance and defending clients in proceedings brought against them.
Craig joins from Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner where he was Head of the firm’s Regulatory Practice Group and has spent his entire career to date (starting at predecessor firm Berwin Leighton Paisner as a trainee).
Nicola Hill, Kingsley Napley’s Head of Regulatory, commented: “I am delighted to welcome Craig to the firm and our busy Regulatory team. His areas of expertise are highly complementary to our practice and he will help deepen our capabilities in a space which is subject to considerable regulatory scrutiny at the moment in light of the COVID pandemic.”
Craig Baylis comments: “I am excited to be joining a stellar team with such a great reputation. This role is a great fit for me and my skills and I look forward to helping grow Kingsley Napley’s practice in the hospitality space in particular.”
