LNB News: Chancery Guide updated with effect from 15 June 2021

The Chancery Guide has been updated in relation to, among other things, contact details for judges, masters and clerks, and information on the various schemes for supporting litigants in person. The updates are in effect from 15 June 2021.

Lexis®Library update: Changes have been made to:

  • Chapter 2—updated contact details for some judges, masters and clerks
  • Chapter 4—updated information on the various schemes for supporting litigants in person
  • Chapter 30—adding a link to the Guide to Business and Property Work at the County Court at Central London and updates to contact details for Chancery Business outside London.
