LNB News: HMCTS Strategic Engagement Group discusses court reforms and video hearings

HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) has released a summary of discussions of the Strategic Engagement Group meeting held on 13 April 2021. 

Lexis®Library update: The meeting, which took place via video, included updates on the Reform Plan for courts and on video hearings.

The meeting also received a presentation on the launch of ‘Find a Court or Tribunal’ service, which occurred on 8 April 2021. Participants included members of the Bar Council, Law Society, Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and jurisdictional leads for HMCTS’ Court Reform Programme and the HMCTS Corporate Relations Team. The next meeting will be held on 8 June 2021.
