Martin Sissons—Bell & Buxton

Experienced new addition for wills & probate department

Martin Sissons has joined the wills and probate department of Sheffield solicitors firm Bell & Buxton.

Martin has been based in Sheffield throughout his legal career. His 25 years previous experience, including time as a partner at Ashton Morton Slack and subsequently as a founding partner of Simpson Sissons & Brooke, has meant that he has often found himself acting for several generations of the same family.

Martin is has dealt with a wide variety of private client work including wills and probate, powers of attorney, Court of Protection applications, trust formation and administration and inheritance tax planning, and his friendly personality has ensured that his skills are in constant demand.
