Yorkshire-based personal injury firm Minster Law has announced the appointment of Martin Hume as its chief financial officer (CFO).
Martin qualified as a chartered accountant at KPMG in 2001, and joined Minster Law in 2012 as its head of finance. He most recently served as finance and risk director, prior to his promotion to CFO.
Minster Law’s CEO Shirley Woolham commented: ‘Martin has proved himself an exceptional member of the Minster Law executive team, and I’m delighted that he will continue to help oversee the transformation of Minster Law into a market-leading insurance legal services business.’
Martin added: ‘This is an exciting time for our sector, as the old claims world gives way to a digitally-enabled, customer centric sector where claimant businesses, like Minster Law, that have invested in technology to vastly improve the customer claims journey, will thrive and expand, including into other products and services.’
‘I’m looking forward to helping the executive and management teams achieve Minster Law’s long-term strategic aims.’
