Model CV for expert witnesses

A committee of senior judges has produced a model CV template for expert witnesses. The Academy of Experts’ Judicial Committee, which includes Lord Justice Jackson and Lord Saville, created the model to address concerns raised by judges about the quality of CVs in the reports they were seeing. Launching the model CV last week, Lord Saville, the Academy’s President, said brevity, clarity and relevance to the case in question were the hallmarks of a good CV.
