Nelsons—Gareth Protheroe

Family specialist joins team in Nottingham

East Midlands firm Nelsons Solicitors has appointed family specialist Gareth Protheroe as an associate in its Nottingham office.

Gareth joined the firm in 2016 in the Derby branch. He frequently acts for parents in care proceedings, child arrangement orders, child abduction, surrogacy and parental alienation, and as a member of the Law Society’s Children Law Accreditation Scheme, he is also able to represent children.

He said: ‘I am delighted to now be working with the family team in Nottingham. I am working with a highly motivated team of leading individuals where we each have our own specialisms working across childrens’ and family cases doing our best for the client. I am proud to be part of this team and look forward to fresh challenges in Nottingham.’
