Nicola Rushton—Hailsham Chambers

New addition for professional negligence set

Nicola Rushton is joining Hailsham Chambers’ professional negligence set from Five Paper Buildings.

Nicola has spent almost 20 years practising in the fields of professional negligence and commercial litigation. She brings considerable expertise dealing with lenders’ claims to Hailsham’s team which will grow to comprise 48 barristers.

The set’s head, Martin Spencer QC, says: “Nicola joins us at a time of high demand for professional negligence expertise and we are delighted that she chose Hailsham as a base from which to expand her practice.”

Nicola says: “I’m very much looking forward to contributing to the set’s continuing success. I was particularly keen to join Hailsham for in addition to its market leading reputation, Hailsham’s award of Client Service: Set of the Year demonstrated the set’s forward thinking, customer focus and top quality work.”
