Senior appointments to London real estate team

DAC Beachcroft has appointed partner Paul Hicks and associate Angharad Davies to its London commercial real estate team. 

Paul and Angharad act for retailers, restaurateurs, developers and investors across London and the UK. Their appointments will supplement DAC Beachcroft's international real estate investment team, which advises many leading private and public sector investors across the commercial real estate sector.

Commenting on the twin appointments, Robert Lee, head of the real estate practice at DAC Beachcroft, says: "We are delighted to welcome Paul and Angharad to the team. Their appointments underline our strategy of targeting commercial investment in the capital."
