Commercial litigation specialist joins as a consultant

Quillon Law announces the appointment of Abigail Healey, a commercial litigation specialist, who joins as a consultant.

Prior to joining Quillon Law, Abigail was a partner and consultant at international law firm Addleshaw Goddard. Her areas of focus include contractual and warranty disputes, contentious trusts and civil fraud claims. Alongside her commercial litigation practice, Abigail also specialises in reputation management and information law, including breach of confidence, data protection and privacy matters.

Abigail has acted for both national and international clients, including high-net-worth individuals and corporates, in claims before the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. She also has experience in arbitration, together with other means of dispute resolution, such as mediation, expert determination and adjudication.

Abigail explained: 'As a commercial litigator with over fifteen years of experience in resolving complex commercial disputes, I am very pleased to bring my expertise to Quillon Law.
