Rachel Allen & Zena Westerman—Clarke Willmott LLP

New solicitors for commercial & employment teams

Clarke Willmott LLP has appointed two new solicitors to its corporate and commercial, and employment teams.

Rachel Allen joins as a commercial solicitor in the corporate and commercial team from Coffin Mew LLP. She will be advising in the fields of commercial contracts, IT, business to business and business to consumer e-commerce and web enabled communications with suppliers, as well as other internet-related projects.

Zena Westerman also joins the firm having previously trained and qualified at Joelson Wilson LLP in London. She will be advising both employers and senior employees on a range of employment law, including dismissals, contracts of employment, settlement agreements, employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions, redundancies, tribunal claims and HR issues.

Kelvin Balmont, partner and head of Clarke Willmott’s Southampton office, says: “Rachel and Zena will strengthen two key practices which are growing rapidly and we are delighted to welcome them on board.
