Expansion for dispute resolution team

Raj Bains has joined the dispute resolution team of Midlands law firm Sydney Mitchell LLP.

Raj, a former partner at Challinors, is a qualified solicitor with over 10 years’ experience and specialises in commercial litigation. He has helped many clients through complex litigation matters and has dealt with a wide variety of cases ranging from commercial property disputes to multi-million pound commercial contract claims in a number of county and High Courts and in the Court of Appeal.

Raj regularly advises clients in a number of commercial sectors and has solid experience of dealing with professional negligence claims, landlord and tenant disputes,  commercial contract disputes, defamation proceedings, intellectual property disputes, debt recovery claims, insolvency proceedings and partnership disputes.

The dispute resolution team at Sydney Mitchell is led by Kam Majevadia and Dean Parnell.
