Robert Lyons—Blake Lapthorn

Robert Lyons, a solicitor with more than 20 years’ experience in the corporate sector has joined Blake Lapthorn’s London office as a partner. 

Robert has extensive experience in domestic and cross border public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic alliances. He is also an expert in equity capital markets, private equity and venture capital and corporate reorganisations and restructurings. He acts for a broad spectrum of clients including owner-managed businesses and development and growth companies, multi-national corporates, investment funds and managers and domestic and international investment banks.
