Commercial litigation & arbitration expert joins as partner

London firm Seddons has expanded the team with the appointment of partner and commercial litigation and arbitration expert Aoife Keane.

Aoife joins the firm from Hausfeld, and has also previously worked at Bracewell, Stephenson Harwood, and Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson. With 13 years of experience, Aoife advises companies, directors, high net worth individuals, and insolvency practitioners through negotiated settlements, mediation, arbitration and litigation.

Aoife commented: ‘I am delighted to join Seddons as a partner in the Dispute Resolution team where my arbitration and litigation background will add to the already impressive breadth of disputes experience on offer.’

Managing partner Simon Ross added: ‘We are thrilled to bring Aoife on board as a partner in our dispute resolution department. We have been thoroughly impressed with Aoife’s reputation in the field and have no doubt that she will make a tremendous addition to not only the dispute resolution team, but the firm as a whole.’
