Newly qualified solicitor takes on permanent role

Norfolk firm Spire Solicitors LLP has announced that Ross Fletcher will be moving into a permanent position with the firm in the Norwich office, following the successful completion of his training contract.

Ross joined the firm in 2016, and throughout the course of his training contract he undertook various seats including in the family, residential property and private client departments. Upon qualifying, he will now be taking up a permanent role in the firm’s corporate and commercial team, where he will assist with matters including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements and corporate restructuring. As well as Ross’s addition, the firm has also welcomed Shaylie McKay as a paralegal following her promotion.

Ross commented: ‘I have really enjoyed my training contract with Spire Solicitors LLP. I have gained experience in a range of legal areas and have learnt from highly trained specialists. I am delighted to be joining the rapidly expanding corporate and commercial department and am ready for the challenge ahead as the firm’s latest trainee qualified solicitor.’
