Oil taxation expert joins tax consultancy CW Energy

CW Energy, the specialist tax consultancy business of the Ince Group, has welcomed Andrew Lister to the team as a partner.

Andrew formerly spent more than 23 years with KPMG UK, and joins the firm from RSM. He specialises in UK oil taxation, and is highly experienced in advising on corporate tax in the upstream and wider energy sector, as well as on M&A, financing and structuring projects.

Andrew commented: ‘I am very pleased to be joining CW Energy at this exciting time for the practice and the oil industry. There remains a lot of activity in the basin and I am looking forward to providing clear and pragmatic advice to my clients.’
