Thomas Garner—Gherson

Head for new extradition team

Thomas Garner has been appointed by specialist UK immigration, nationality and human rights law firm Gherson to head up their new extradition team.

Thomas says: "I am thrilled to join Gherson to help launch the in-house extradition department. Gherson has an established history of assisting clients facing extradition in this country and abroad alongside other firms. Gherson has responded to longstanding client demand to bring this service in-house alongside the award winning immigration team and is now able to provide clients with a complete service at one firm.

The depth of experience in human rights cases, political motivated prosecutions and the complex interplay between immigration and asylum and extradition proceedings at Gherson is truly outstanding.

The addition of a dedicated extradition department is a natural step for the firm and I believe it will provide an unparalleled service for its clients; particularly those facing politically motivated extraditions and those with ongoing immigration concerns in this country."
