Law firm appoints senior associate and solicitor

Thomson Snell & Passmore’s Corporate M&A department has recently appointed a Senior Associate and Solicitor.

Rosie Haines (pictured, left) joins as a Senior Associate from PDT Solicitors, where she has spent the last seven years. Rosie has significant expertise in M&A, with a particular specialism in the financial aspects of corporate transactions.

Daniel Gorringe (pictured, right) joins as a Solicitor from Gaby Hardwicke Solicitors, where he completed his training contract and then qualified into its corporate team.

Commenting on the appointments, Joanne Gallagher, Head of Corporate & Commercial at Thomson Snell & Passmore said: 'These two appointments will help to enhance this and enable us to offer an even higher level of service to our clients. I look forward to welcoming Rosie and Daniel to our team and firm.'
