Tom Phipps—Ashfords LLP

New partner for commercial IP team

Ashfords LLP has announced a major lateral hire in its commercial intellectual property team. Tom Phipps joins the team as a partner from Field Seymour Parkes in Reading. Tom is well known to the Plymouth business community being a former head of intellectual property at Bond Pearce (now Bond Dickinson) and having worked in Plymouth for over 20 years.

Tom specialises in intellectual property and concentrates on the identification, enforcement and exploitation of trade marks, patents, designs and copyright.
