FT's Innovative Lawyers 2009

Maria Piggin, a senior associate at McGrigors and NLJ author, has been named as one of the year’s most innovative lawyers in the FT’s 2009 Innovative Lawyers Special Report.

Miss Piggin is commended for obtaining the first ever successful recovery of costs on an HMRC production order. (For background see NLJ, 23 January 2009,p 106)
