Upper Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber)

A trio of appointments have been made at the Upper Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber), where Stephen Smith, Mark Blundell and David Pickup will join as judges from 28 May. Stephen, Mark and David were called to the Bar in 2003, 2011 and 1984 respectively, and were all appointed as judges of the First-tier Tribunal Immigration and Asylum Chamber in 2018.
