Law firm appoints seven members to healthcare team
National law firm Weightmans has appointed seven new members to its healthcare team as it continues to strengthen its UK-wide healthcare offering.

Partners Angela Kirtley and Robert Rushton, principal associates Andreja Harrison and Katherine Lund, associates Jennifer Preston and Suniel Sandhu and legal secretary Katie Spence all join from Ward Hadaway. 

Five will be based in Weightmans’ Newcastle office, with Suniel Sandhu and Katie Spence joining Weightmans’ Leeds office. They will work with NHS Trusts, medical professionals, businesses and practices nationwide.

Rachel Kneale (pictured), Weightmans client partner for NHS Resolution, commented: 'We’re excited to welcome our new colleagues to the team. They each bring a wealth of expertise and knowledge in healthcare law that will only further the value we offer our clients.'
