Winckworth Sherwood has announced the promotion of specialist
ecclesiastical lawyer Darren Oliver to partner in its Oxford office.
Darren is registrar of the diocese of Oxford and deputy
registrar of the diocese of Chichester. He advises bishops, clergy and other ecclesiastical
bodies throughout Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Sussex on matters
ranging from burial and marriage law, to the use of church buildings and
churchyards. His experience includes having advised the Archbishop of
Canterbury on domestic and international issues.
