Property litigation team welcomes partner

City firm Winckworth Sherwood has strengthened the property litigation team with the appointment of partner Paul Dunbar.

Formerly the head of the London property litigation team at Ashfords, Paul brings with him more than 21 years of experience in the field. He advises property companies, investors, leisure occupiers, property funds, trusts and family offices on a wide range of contentious property cases, and offers particular expertise in offshore matters.

Emma Chadwick, head of the property dispute resolution team, said: ‘Paul’s appointment will further broaden our real estate team, which already has one of the most diverse offers in the country, covering the entire development lifecycle as well as asset management.

‘His specialist experience and knowledge will help bolster our reputation in the UK and further strengthen our presence in offshore territories.’

Paul added: ‘I am thrilled to have joined a law firm with such a breadth and depth of expertise in the real estate sector.  I am particularly pleased to join an established team of litigators and look forward to helping grow it further.’
