Withers has appointed Adam Duthie to take over as head of the European corporate practice from Tim Taylor, who is stepping down after 10 years in the role.
Adam started his legal career in Sydney and then London with Baker & McKenzie and worked at Ashursts before joining Guinness/Diageo plc as senior counsel in 1994. He joined Bevan Brittan as national head of corporate in 2006.
