Kuznetsov v Royal Bank of Scotland plc [2017] EWCA Civ 43, [2017] All ER (D) 22 (Feb)

The Court of Appeal dismissed an appeal by an employee against a decision not to allow an amendment to his case against the employer bank to add the allegation of whistle blowing. When one added the various factors identified by the employment tribunal, the decision to refuse the amendment was a decision which had plainly been open to it.
