Contentious trusts & probate team grows with solicitor’s addition

North West firm Forbes Solicitors has expanded its contentious trusts and probate team with the appointment of Tom Howcroft.

Formerly a solicitor with Fylde Law, Tom  (pictured, right) has now joined the Forbes team alongside associate Ben Wilson (left) in the firm’s central Lancashire office. He specialises in wills and inheritance disputes, including interpretation issues, breach of trust and contesting validity.

He commented: ‘I am really pleased to join Forbes Solicitors and in particular to become part of the contentious trusts and probate team alongside Ben Wilson.

‘Ben has a prominent reputation in this area of law and his success and client satisfaction has led to the growth of the contentious trusts and probate department. I am glad to have become a part of the continuing growth and look forward to contributing by assisting clients at what is usually a very difficult time for them.’

Ben Wilson added: ‘I am delighted to welcome Tom to the rapidly-growing team. I am looking forward to working with him to continue to provide a first class, innovative and unique service to clients, and to continue with our success.’
